Packaging Clerk | Temporary-to-Hire | Mon - Fri 6AM - 2:30PM | $20 - 22/hr | Aliso Viejo, CA

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a Medical Device Manufacturer based in Alsio Viejo seeking a Packaging Clerk to support inspecting, labeling, packing, and preparing finished medical devices for shipment. This position must follow all applicable work instructions, quality procedures, and GMP requirements.

Status: Temporary - to - Hire

Location: Aliso Viejo, CA

Pay: $20 - 22 /hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6AM - 2:30PM

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products for defects before packing.
• Label products according to specifications.
• Pack devices and accessories into the correct packaging.
• Operate and check devices as required.
• Complete production and inspection documentation accurately.
• Count and organize products according to work order requirements.
• Maintain and stock packing supplies.
• Inspect products packed by other team members when required.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, GMP requirements, and quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to follow written procedures and instructions.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical device or manufacturing experience preferred.

• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday; perform repetitive hand and arm movements; bend, reach, and lift items up to 40 lbs.
